With this mission, we founded Conperience GmbH on February 2nd, 2018. Simplifying challenges for customers is one of the most important goals that we have set ourselves.

"Challenges Simplified" is not just a slogan but a sign that seemingly insurmountable hurdles can be overcome with a structured approach. With a total of 40 years of experience in the IT environment, we are well equipped to provide our customers with added value in all relevant areas.

In order to meet the demands and wishes of consumers, companies today have to do far more than they did a few years ago. Data must be better protected, services must be able to withstand higher access loads, websites and online shops must be permanently available worldwide without noticeable restrictions.

The challenge of taking a holistic approach to implementation in today's digital world is an essential part of planning and developing IT infrastructures and organizations.

Sustainable support and solid management offer a cornerstone for the growth of our customers.

IT service as in the VIP lounge

A great deal of thought preceded this statement. What is the claim of a VIP lounge? What do our customers expect? Are customers willing to accept good service with higher prices? - Yes they are!

Compared to large IT service providers, who usually look after small and medium-sized companies as an accessory, our customers receive service and professional tools that are otherwise only used by the big ones.

The selection of our first-class tools and a low number of variants makes us specialists in our field. We attach great importance to the quality of the solutions and partners we use.

Only when we are sure that our customers will achieve long-term benefits with our solutions do we offer them.

When was the last time you saw your service provider in person? Our aim in the VIP Lounge is to be there for our customers when they need us. And if you don't need us, we're attentive enough to recognize risky situations and solve them together with you. We don't operate systems according to the motto "The main thing is running", we think along with you. We see ourselves as innovation scouts and advise our customers on their way to perfect IT.

Investment in the future

We invest a lot to offer our customers excellent service. The move of our systems from Azure, AWS and other providers to our own data center gives us and our customers greater flexibility in the provision of individual services. This is the only way we are able to pass on professional and affordable service to our customers, even with rising prices.

Investing in fully state-of-the-art solutions, such as the Veeam Cloud Connect environment, enables our customers to leverage mature technology that only a few vendors provide.

Our partner network

We have all the specialists in-house for the products we use to help our customers. If our customers have issues for which we have no one, we use our large network of experts. Here we always find the right person for individual questions and projects.
